aquela sensação estranha de se estar de volta. bom, de volta a casa. mau, deixou-se algo que foi tão bom durante aquela semana. amizade, principalmente. mesmo que daqui a um mês já esteja com a pessoa!
milano não é muito provavelmente a mais bonita das cidades italianas mas é uma óptimo destino citadino. vibrante sem ser caótico e tem tudo o que se quer. bom café, gelados, pizzas e tudo mais.

milano is quite probably not the most beautiful italian city but it's a good city-break. vibrating without being chaotic and has everything that we would expect. good coffee, ice-creams, pizzas, and so on.

cebola gratinada
para 4

ingredientes:
4 cebolas, peladas
3 c. sopa azeite
200 ml natas
80 gr queijo ralado
2 c. sopa orégãos

Cortar as cebolas peladas às metades. Dispor num tabuleiro próprio para o forno e espalhar o azeite e as natas por cima. Depois cobrir com o queijo ralado (usei cheddar) e orégãos por cima.
Levar ao forno previamente aquecido a 200º por 20 minutos, até o queijo estar derretido e em tom dourado.

Servir como acompanhamento de frango assado no forno.

serves 4

ingredients:
4 onions, peeled
3 tbsp. olive oil
200 ml single cream
80 g grated cheese
2 tbsp. dried oregano

Slice the peeled onions into halves. Place on a shallow baking dish and pour the olive oil and the single cream. Then sprinkle the grated cheese (used cheddar) and dried oregano.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 200º Celsius degrees until the cheese as melted and has a golden colour.

Serve as a side dish for roasted chicken.

  2. A real winter food, I wouldn't have courage to eat this when not working hard or not being on a very cold weather;-) Looks great! (And I know how it is hard to leave Italy, I had the same 'problem' this summer, but now, I have my Italian friends visiting me for New Year and in the spring time we are going to Sicily. I m sure it will be the same for u too. Good luck!:))
