bolo de prata. mais uma receita da minha avó. quando a inspiração é necessária, lá tem sempre a solução. tem sempre uma receita mais antiga que a outra. e tem sempre poucas instruções. mas até que gosto disso. e gosto da simplicidade com que partilhavam as receitas. nas cartas e postais que enviavam a contar as novidades da capital para o norte. ou do contrário. nas quais havia sempre mais uma receita endereçada. e por vezes eram simples quanto esta.
'silver cake'. another recipe from my grandmother. when I need some inspiration, in there is always the solution. there is always a recipe older than the other one. and there is always few instructions. but I kinda like that. and I like the simplicity of the way that they exchanged recipes. in letters and postcards to share the news from the capital (lisbon) to the north of portugal. or the other way around. in which there was always a recipe addressed. and sometimes it was simple as this one.
