Conchiglie, pimentos e azeitonas.

É estranho, mas adapto-me.

ingredientes:
300 gr de massa conchiglie (conchas)
3 c. de sopa de azeite
1 cebola
2 dentes alho
4 pimentos (cores variadas)
1 mão cheia de azeitonas (cerca de 100 gr)
2 c. de chá de orégãos
sal e pimenta

Conchiglie, peppers and olives.

Yesterday's lunch (saturday). After so many grey days the sun decide to show up. Time to go for a walk before the sunset. I hate the sunset at 4pm, it's not for me. I prefer very long days full of light. But was good, very good indeed. The sun, the walk after the lunch and the lunch. Was my last day of work at my (other) job. It's awkward but I will get used to it.

ingredients:
300 g conchiglie
3 tbsp of olive oil
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
4 peppers (different colours)
1 hand of olives (about 100 g)
2 tsp of dried oregano
salt and pepper

First take care of the vegetables. Peel the onion and the garlic and cut them into fine pieces. Wash the peppers, cut into halves, remove the seeds and then cut into thin strips. Put the olives in water, wash them very well, changing the water more than once and cut them in half.

Now cook the pasta in plenty of water, seasoned with salt. Meanwhile, cook the onion and the garlic in a large frying pan greased with olive oil for a few minutes. After about 3 minutes add the peppers and continue to cook for a few more minutes before adding the olives and the oregano. Season with salt and pepper.

When the pasta is "al dente" drain the water and add to the vegetables in the frying pan and mix everything very well.

tip
serve with fresh basil and freshly grated cheese on top if you prefer.
