no-bake chocolate cake
1 cake tin

prepared while one was sleeping and the other one was working. after made, had to be hidden to not be eaten straight away. after lunch, we were ready to eat it. still the three of us. on the last day. before Andréa depart to Belgium.

it's one of those recipes that makes me feel homesick. used to have in all birthday parties. and it's still irresistible. chocolate it's not a favourite (this is the first chocolate recipe on the blog), but was sooooooooooo good.

ingredients:
200 g plain chocolate, broken into pieces
200 g unsalted butter
1 cinnamon stick
20 cl milk
50 g sugar
300 g digestive biscuits, crushed

Melt the chocolate with butter, cinnamon stick, milk and sugar on a saucepan over low heat for around 5-10 minutes and stir.
When the mixture is homogeneous, stir the biscuits into it and stir well.
Put on a cake tin, previously lined with baking paper and put on the fridge for 2 hours to cool.
To serve cut into slices.
