esta inspiração vem das férias em Portugal. aquando da estadia no algarve. fui com a minha mãe a uma hamburgueria que abrira as portas nessa semana. tinha uma decoração interessante. simples. a ementa escrita no quadro de ardósia na parede. gelados de sabores sugestivos. e uma esplanada convidativa.
acabámos por ir lá para na noite seguinte. pedi um hambúrguer de ananás. um chá frio da casa. gelado de goiaba para sobremesa. e a ideia de re-criar a receita em casa do hambúrguer de ananás ficou-me na cabeça! não foi a única hamburgueria a que fui em Portugal. pelo que parece está na moda! e a mim agrada-me muito!
the inspiration for this recipes comes from the holidays in Portugal. while in the algarve I went with my mom to a new burger place that opened to the public that same week. the decor was interesting. simple. menu was written on a chalk board on the wall. suggestive ice-cream flavours. and an inviting terrace.
we ended up there on the very next evening. I ordered a pineapple burger. a homemade iced tea. a goiaba ice-cream for dessert. the idea of recreating this recipe at home stayed on my mind! this was not the only burger place that I have been in Portugal. apparently is in vogue! and I quite like it!
