tenho andado ausente do blogue. mais ou menos activo pelo instragram. e bastante mais activo no yelp (tão viciante!). porque entre trabalho e organizar jantares e "festas" cá em casa, não sobra muito tempo. contudo, há sempre lugar a novas ideias. a algo simples. como esta salada de estilo americano! não é a típica cobb salad, mas sim uma versão mais leve. onde o ingrediente principal é o feijão frade e o acompanhamento um coleslaw de funcho.
I have been away from blogging. more or less active on instagram. and much more active on yelp (so addicting!). because between work and organizing dinners and "feasts" at home, there is not much time free. however, there is always a place for new ideas. for something simple. like this american style salad! it's not the typical cobb salad, but a lighter version. where the main ingredient is the black eyed peas and on the side a fennel coleslaw.
