a summer of iced teas. and lemonades. and sangrias. and so many other refreshing beverages. some of them because they are usual. some other ones are influences of 'da horta para a mesa' book. a really nice gift from my mom on my birthday. and this recipe is one more between so many. being so simple and easy to prepare makes them normally my choice to complement my meal. or just as a backyard refreshment.
para 1 litro
2 saquetas de infusão de limão e gengibre
1 litro de água,
sumo de 1 limão
açúcar amarelo, a gosto
Colocar as duas saquetas de chá num jarro com 300 ml de àgua a ferver e deixar repousar durante 4 minutos. Ao fim deste tempo retirar as saquetas e juntar o sumo de limão, a restante água (fria) e açúcar amarelo a gosto. Levar então ao frigorífico para refrescar durante 1 hora.
Servir com rodelas de limão e gelo se necessário for!

2 lemon and ginger infusion bags
1 liter of water
juice of 1 lemon
Place the two tea bags in a jar with 300 ml of boiling water and leave it for 4 minutes. Now is time to take the tea bags out and add lemon juice, remaining water (cold) and brown sugar (you decide how much!). Place the jar in the fridge for 1 hour to cool down.
Serve with lemon slices and some ice cubes!
